Visa Terms & Conditions:

  1. If we are unable to provide the Visa due to Embassy rejection, our liability in all cases shall be limited.
  2. If your application is Rejected by the UAE Visa issuing authority, Visa Travel Mart will not be able to return/refund the full amount including bank charges paid by the applicant for the application.
  3. Due to such issues, We might ask for a “non-refundable deposit” upon thorough profiling of applicants from certain nationalities, in case of no relationship between Guarantor and Visitor to ensure both parties’ protection.
  4. Applicants from these countries who desire to withdraw or cancel their application from the immigration system will incur cancellation charges. A fee of AED39 will be applied for cancelled services valued at AED1,500, while a fee of AED69 will be imposed for cancelled services valued between AED1,501 and AED2,500. Please note that no full refund will be provided.
  5. Please keep in mind that the amount is calculated in AED currency.
  6. Before applying for visas for minor ages (18 years old and below), we need to get the approved visa of their parents first, either their mother or father, and have it attached in the application. This is a new policy from the Dubai immigration.
  7. Visa Travel Mart is not responsible for any transaction fees or losses resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations that occur during the refund process for service fees.
  8. Please note that not all applications will be accepted, as Visa Travel Mart reserves the right to filter & reject incoming applications to ensure compliance with immigration policies.
